Brussels... the capital of Europe and capital of languages, with its cosmopolitan and passionate art of living, the ideal place to enjoy excellent fries, beers and chocolates. Located in Belgium.  Interestingly, national statistics reveal an extremely high suicide rate. Far above most other countries.

Why?! Is it because expressing discomfort or pain is incompatible with the primacy of happiness and therefore frowned upon by society?
